🌈 PRIDE MARKET - VENDOR APPLICATION

Join us for a community Pride Market in partnership with Reagan's Retro Bar on Saturday, June 27th from 4-8 PM in Chattanooga, TN!

We are currently seeking artists, makers, vintage curators, small businesses, nonprofits, food vendors, and LGBTQ+ community-centered vendors to participate in this event. Depending on vendor interest and city approval, Station Street may be closed to expand the market outdoors.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Space is limited. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Approved vendors will be contacted separately with confirmation and payment details.

This is an outdoor market. Vendor spaces may vary depending on placement and event layout.

Please note: electricity/power will not be available for vendors at this event.

Date: Saturday, June 27th

Hours: 4-8 PM

Vendor Setup: Begins at 3 PM

Breakdown: Must be complete by 9 PM

Vendor Fee: $25

EXPECTATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, tents, displays, and signage.
Vendors must keep their spaces clean and remove all trash/materials after the event.
No materials may be attached to buildings, poles, sidewalks, or city property.
We encourage all vendors to promote the event through social media and community outreach.
Vendors may be asked to provide photos, logos, or social media handles for promotional use. By submitting promotional materials, you grant permission for event organizers to use them for advertising and marketing purposes.

HANDMADE & ORIGINAL WORK POLICY

At least 80% of items sold must be created, designed, or produced by the vendor. Mass-produced resale items are not permitted unless they are a small complementary part of your overall brand.

AI-generated artwork or products are not permitted. We aim to prioritize original artwork, handmade goods, and authentic creative work by independent artists and markers.

LIABILITY & INSURANCE

We strongly encourage vendors to obtain event insurance to protect themselves and their products.

All vendors will be required to sign a liability waiver releasing the organizers, participating businesses, and the City of Chattanooga from responsibility for injury, loss, theft, damages, or other incidents related to participation in the event.

PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

Vendor fees are $25 and are non-refundable. Invoices for approved vendors will be sent electronically after acceptance.

COMMUNITY EXPECTATIONS

We expect all vendors, guests, performers, and attendees to treat one another with respect.

Harassment, discrimination, hateful conduct, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without a refund.
